The undersigned
agrees to charter the vessel BROTHERS TOO for a charter fishing trip on
, sailing from Crocker's Boatyard, New London, Ct. at
. This agreement is subject to the following conditions;
1. Price:
The price of the trip shall be
. A
DEPOSIT OF 1/3 IS REQUIRED 2 WEEKS AFTER BOOKING. This
Deposit willl be forward
to Brothers Too Charters along with a signed copy of this agreement. This
agreement shall have no force or effect until the deposit has been received.
The balance
shall be due and payable at the time of sailing.
2. Sailing
Time: The party is expected to be at the dock 15 minutes prior
to sailing time. The captain shall wait one hour after the scheduled sailing
time and if the party fails to show or does not contact the captain, the
captain reserves the right to cancel the charter and retain the deposit
received.
3. Duration
Of The Trip: The trip shall consist of a maximum of
hours.

MAXIMUM OF SIX PASSENGERS:
Due to Coast Guard regulations, the six-passenger maximum is
strictly enforced.
5. Termination
Of Trip:
a. It is understood that the captain shall be in charge of this vessel
at all times and conduct on the part of the party which, in the captains
discretion may jeopardize the safety of the vessel or of others on board
shall be cause for the captain to terminate the charter and return to
the dock. In the event the charter is terminated in this manner, the full
price of the trip shall be due.
b. In the event the captain cancels a trip due to inclement weather, an
attempt will be made to reschedule an alternate day. If a day cannot be
agreed upon the deposit shall be refunded in full. If a trip has been
started and weather causes cancellation, a refund will be prorated based
on the hours of completion.
c. In the event of cancellation due to mechanical failure, an attempt
to reschedule an alternate day. If a day cannot be agreed upon the deposit
shall be refunded in full.
6. Cancellation/Reschedule:
The party shall have the right to cancel or reschedule any trip ONE WEEK
prior to sailing date. A full refund will be given for cancellations one
week prior to sailing or rescheduling dates cannot be agreed upon. Any
cancellations after the one-week prior to sailing date shall have deposits
forfeited.
7. Tackle/Bait: All tackle and the
captain shall provide bait. However, in the event tackle is destroyed
or lost through misuse by a party member, the captain will expect reimbursement.
8. Fish: All
fish are the property of the party and shall be filleted and packaged
by the mate. Fish sizes and limits are strictly enforced.
9. Drugs: There
is a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS. Any use of drugs will terminate the charter
and full charter price will be expected.
10. Alcohol:
Moderate beer drinking
is permitted. No hard liquor is allowed. The captain reserves the right
to cancel the charter at his discretion, should any passenger become unruly
or out of control.
11. Gratuity:
A gratuity is customary
for the mates services, which includes all filleting and packaging of
your catch.
